Mindful Mindset is committed to working with, and supporting, Mental Health and Wellbeing. Whether this is working directly with local mental health charities, training Adult Mental Health First Aiders in the workplace or teaching leaders and managers how to promote wellbeing across their organisations.
We recognise the importance of acknowledging individual lived experience in the context of their own emotional life. Our relationship with the stressors of life are unique and personal.
Take Five - five easy tools to support your stress
85% of UK adults report experiencing regular stress episodes, 39% report that it is to excessive levels.
Stress is a naturally occurring phenomena. It is often our relationship with it that challenges us.
TAKE FIVE is a programme of simple and natural practices that anyone can access. Why not make it part of your life? Why not bring these simple disciplines to your team or workplace?
The Mindful Mindset tools and approach
The Mindful Mindset approach is based around mindfulness and emotional and social intelligence. The focus is on delivering skills and practical tools, such as Take Five, that support a positive approach and practice.
We also believe strongly that tools such as The Five Ways to Wellbeing and those developed by Action for Happiness provide a strong foundation. These figure as strong reference points in our training.
Mindful Mindset is also a certified deliverer of Adult Mental Health First Aid training via MHFA England.
